Pink Saturday

This is my first Pink Saturday post. I have lingered on the sidelines enjoying all of the posts. Pink is one of my favorite colors but I really don't have a lot of pink.
I would like to thank Beverly at How Sweet the Sound http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/ for hosting this Pink event.

I bought a set of berry bowls from a friend's shop. I love the delicate look.

This cup was a gift from a good friend. It is one of a set that had belonged to her mother.

This is what I call "Pink Willow." I have a few pieces. I have a huge collection of Blue Willow.

I really like this tray. I was in a shop and the tray caught my eye. Some of my most precious treasures are those with the least monetary value.

I love the dishes and the tray! The tray reminds me of one my grandmother had. We would take her dinner to her on it when she became bed-bound. She lived with us and I loved her so. THanks for posting it and bringing back such a fond memory of Grandma Annie!

Yes, mine too, I treasure those things that are a wee bit chipped, or cracked and not worth much to anyone but me. :) You have a lovely blog. My heart and prayers go out to you for the loss of your daughter. Your family is outstanding, what a wonderful legacy and testament to you. :) Happy Pink Saturday !!

So glad to "meet" you. I'm am sorry to hear of the huge loss you've suffered.

You say you haven't many pink things, but these are super. I'll bet you have some BLUE things and could do a Blue Monday.

Happy Pink Saturday! Come visit.

Your pink china pieces are really nice. I don't have any pink that I can think of. I like pink, just don't have it.
