The Smile Award

Donna gave me this award and I am suppose to share it with 5 other people that make my day!
Brown Eyes at http://blinksnwinksfrombrown-eyes.blogspot.com/. I met Brown Eyes by chance. She is a lovely, talented individual. Brown Eyes and I share a life experience.
Mama Bear at http://bearsinexile.blogspot.com/. I love her stories about her family. She knows what is important in life.
Jean at http://msgreenthumbjean.blogspot.com/. She shares a love of flowers. My Mother always told me that if you saw flowers blooming at a person's house, you could tell the person that lives there cares.
http://thevintagehousewife.blogspot.com/. This is a fun blog. I can imagine the Vintage Housewife living today in the style of bygone days. She really puts a smile on my face.

Thank you! I am honored that you feel this way. I am copying and saving and will use it later this week.
Mama Bear

Thank you for your sweet thoughts. I know it will be worth it and I am so excited to be moving so close to my daughter and my other daughter.(do you know that story) I hope I never move away from her again. Its happened twice since she left for college.
The packing hasn't been bad because I haven't had to hurry. I am one who wants to fix everything and I don't deal well with disgruntled and difficult people. We seem to have many of these in public positions in Memphis. For instance we went to DMV 3 times before we were able to get our liscenses.
The people I spoke to in Alabama, on the other hand, were very friendly and easy. I told Honey Bear I thought I would send them a thank you note.
Blessings,

thanks for coming by...come again on.

my heart broke when i read about your daughter...my cousin, Charlie, was murdered in 1990 just after my Daddy had died...it was a rough summer. I greatly miss them both but get some comfort in knowing they're already together in the Heaven that my Lord is preparing for us.

Can I pass along your smile award, too?

Hi:
I'm glad you are back and I will email you soon. I am having trouble with my laptop. Nothing will open. I am using my desktop which is newer, but I don't use it, my husband does. Thank you for the comments on my blog. I have just pressed my stitching and bought the frame today. Hopefully it will appear on my blog later tonight or tomorrow.
