Bloomin' Tuesday!!

More Impatience

I planted impatience in front of the house, on the side of the house, and on the patio where they get little sun.

Marigolds and Vica
Marigolds and vica are so hardy. I have pots surrounding the pool. Last year at the end of the summer, I took the vica and a big "clump" of soil out of the pot and set them next to the pool. They came up this year and quickly started to grow. I'm hoping that by next year the vica were surround the pool.

Rose of Sharon

I love the Rose of Sharon bush. However, it is planted next to the hot tub and the flowers are falling on the cover. I have to scrub the marks they leave off the cover (unless I maintain a vigilance) and sometimes it's difficult to scrub the marks off the cover. "Hubby" said that he's cutting down the bush.

Addie's Plant

When my mother, "Addie" passed away five and a half years ago, My daughter, Stephanie, received a plant from a friend. It grew quickly and Stephanie divided it and planted it in several pots. Now our daughters and some close friends have "Addie" plants. I keep this plant outside in the summer.

This Week's Flag Every year when my daughter, Jennifer, her two sons, and husband, visit Rehoboth Beach, she brings me back a flag that she purchases at a specialty flag shop. The colors are beautiful.

Hi Sweeite! It's so nice to meet the real thing - a real sweetie. I always sign my comments:
Be a sweetie, Shelia :)
And you are the real thing! Oh, your flowrs are so beautiful! I've scrolled down thru your blog a bit and see you love Blue Willow dishes, too! I have this lovely pattern and serveing pieces too. Probably not as much as you since you've been collecting so long. I would love to see all the pieces you have. Oh, Sweetie, I'm so sorry to know this about your precious daughter. I will say a prayer that whoever did this will be found! I just can't imagine how horrible this has been for you. Bless your heart!

Well, again, it's so nice to meet you and come see me again! Now here I go:
Be a sweetie, Sweetie,
Shelia ;)
