- I have been blessed with six daughters, 16 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. My husband, Johnny, who was my best friend and soulmate, passed away unexpectedly on December 14. Every other Sunday our large family gets together at our house and celebrate "Family Sunday." I retired two years ago but still work occasionally.

I saw that picture of your gandson's accident. Oh my! What a frightening time. I'm glad he made it through okay and I hope he's feeling better. I had a nice gash in my head as a child too. I hope he didn't lose any braincells like I did. LOL
